Yes. DigWaivers is fully compliant with the ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), which give electronic signatures the same legal standing as handwritten ones. Every waiver includes a timestamped signature, the signer's IP address, and a PDF record for your files.
How is my data stored and protected?
All waiver data is stored in a secured database with encryption. Access is protected by domain whitelisting and unique API keys, so only authorized requests from your website are accepted. We never sell or share your data.
What happens when my free trial ends?
